Shipping

Cards and envelopes are packages together in a protective cellophane sleeves
Cards and envelopes are shipped in a rigid or protective bubble mailer.
Large orders may be shipped in a rigid box and shipped as regular parcel through Canada Post.
Products are shipped through Canada Post as oversized letter mail. There is no tracking for these shipments. If you need tracking, please let us know in an email and we can arrange a shipping upgrade, no problem. The shipping fee will increase in this situation.
Unless otherwise stated in listing, orders ship within 3-5 days. Depending on when you place your order, it can take 2-14 days to arrive.
Each item will be packed with care.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. Incorrect addresses may result in you needing to pay shipping a second time.
Currently shipping across Canada only. All prices are in CAD.
Returns & Damaged Goods
If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you free of charge. Please email: lemonkittencardsandcreations@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged goods and we will replace them as soon as inventory permits.
We do not accept returns.

Data travelling between your server and our site stays encrypted, to provide a safe experience.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. Your transaction data is only stored as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. When making the purchase, your information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
